Bestuur & Administrasie

Die oord word tans bestuur deur ‘n bestuursliggaam wat die dag tot dag sake van die oord bestuur.
Dit bestaan uit ‘ n dinamiese span van inwoners wat demokraties verkies is op die algemene jaarvergadering van die oord.

Die ontwerp is verder so dat daar wandel paaie is wat die verskillende fases aaneenskakel. Soos die res van ons oord is daar geen trappe nie en alle geriewe is op grondvlak met opritte, net waar nodig word trappe aangebring.

  • Telephone month hire & calls payable towards Kosch Com.

  • Any additional treatment/ care that fall outside the basic care framework is for your account.

Medical

  • Residents of the units have to undergone a compulsory assessment at their own house doctor. Reason being is to have updated medical history/conditions of each and every resident.
